Tutor activity

Has developed and provides a number of courses for students of the Radiophysics and Biological Faculties of the NNSU:

·         "Statistical Radiophysics", fundamental course, lectures and seminars for senior students of the Radiophysics Faculty

 

Within many years was the member of the State Exam Commission of the Radiophysics Faculty.

 

Participated in development of the educational plans for Masters in the field "Physics of the stochastic phenomena", and also "Information systems". Has developed and completely provided with educational-methodical materials the fundamental course "Higher Mathematics" for the biologists and biophysicists.

 

The author of scientific - methodical publications, manuals and methodical handbooks, including three monographs "Fluctuation Phenomena in Solid-State Oscillatory Systems", "Fluctuations in Solid-State VHF Systems", "Fluctuations in Auto-Oscillatory Systems. Computer Aided Analysis", and two text-books "Function and Methods of its Analysis in Higher Mathematics", "The Analysis of Functional and Probabilistic Links in Higher Mathematics".

 

Tutoring of graduating and post-graduating students. Scientific advising of persons working on Ph.D. (Candidate) thesis.

 

Organizing scientific activity

Regularly participates in formation of domestic and international scientific programs, pays large attention to conversion problems.

 

The scientific head of many fundamental and applied research projects.

 

Has scientific contacts with universities of Palermo (Italy) and Eindhoven (Netherlands); is appointed as the Academic adviser for the Agreement of Cooperation between NNSU and University of Palermo (2001).

 

The co-director of a number of the international projects; in 1999-2003 years - grant of the NATO program "Science for Peace" SfP-973799 Semiconductors "Design of Radiation-Hard Semiconductor Devices for Communication Systems and Precision Measurements Using Noise Analysis".

 

Coordinator of the project Educational Scientific Center "Fundamental Radiophysics" of a federal purpose-oriented programme Integration (since 1997).

 

Co-director (since 2001, together with Prof. A.A.Maltsev) of based earlier by Prof. A.N.Malakhov the Leading scientific school "Fluctuations in non-linear systems of various physical nature, new approaches to processing, synthesis and transfer of random non-Gaussian signals". This School has the status of the President program, and is maintained by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research.

 

Member of the Editorial Board (since 1991) of the Journal "Izvestiya VUZov, Radiofisika" (translated in the USA as "Radiophysics and Quantum Electronics").

 

Member of the Thesis Council at the Radiophysics Faculty (Doctor's Degrees in Physics & Mathematics).

 

The responsible editor (since 1995) of the Proceedings of Scientific Conference on Radiophysics, since 2004 - the chairman of Organizing committee of this annual conference.

 

Member of the Organizing Committees of a number of scientific conferences (including the international level).
